Orange Jerked, Pork Wraps

Jerked Pork Wraps Picture

1. Slice the left over pork tenderloin into bite sized pieces.

2. Melt some butter in a Teflon fry pan, add a little oil, the blacken, and finally the meat. Since the meat is already cooked, you're just going to cook it long enough, at a high temperature, to blacken with the extra Butt Kickin' Blacken you've put in the pan.

3. After about 5 minutes, or so of cooking, turn the pan off and begin making the wraps.

4. Place some meat into the wrap, add some of the leftover sauce, wrap it up and enjoy. Sour Cream and lettuce is optional.
