Cheddar Franks and Beans Picture
1.    I made a double batch today. One hot, and one not. So I'm frying up 7 hot dogs. 6 for the 2 pots of beans, and one for me. Frying hot dogs is kinda like cooking with beer, 1 for the pot, and 1 for me!

2.    Set the cooked hot dogs on paper towels to let the grease dry out.

Open the beans and drain them. Save the liquid because you might need it after you've got everything else in the pot.

3.    Cut the bacon into 1/2" - 3/4" pieces and fry them in your bean pot over medium heat.

Remove the bacon, and cook the vegetables in the bacon fat over med. heat, with the lid on, until they're real soft, about 10 minutes..

4.    While the vegetables are cooking, you can cut the, now cool, hot dogs.

5.    Once the vegetables are cooked through; add the Drained Beans, the Cheddar Wing Sauce, and the chopped up Hot Dogs. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until everything's hot. Add some of the saved liquid from the beans if it's thickened up too much. I ended up added 1/2 cup.

6.    Place the hot Franks and Beans mixture into an ovenproof bowl, Cover the top with grated Cheddar Cheese, and add some minced Jalapeno.

Broil until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
