1.    Fry the Ground Chuck in a pot over high heat, in about 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil until there's no pink left, and all the moisture has evaporated. take the meat out of the pot, and place it in a bowl.

2.    While the meat is cooking, you can chop the vegetables. When the meat's done, add a little more oil to the pot, turn the heat to medium, put the chopped vegetables in and cover. Covering helps the vegetables cook quicker thanks to the steam that will be trapped in the pot.

3.    When the vegetables are soft, return the meat to the pot, add the tomato sauce, blacken, and cumin. Stir it all in. Get it all hot, then turn the heat down to low, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

4.    Serve on rolls. Because I had to cook this pretty mild, I added some chopped jalapenos, and tabasco sauce to mine after I places it in the bun. However, if you've got any of the Cheddar Wings Sauces hanging around, mix about 6 ounces into the mixture before you serve it. It'll make the Sloppy Joes real rich and filling..
