1. Peel the corn, then shave of the kernels with a REAL SHARP knife. Set the corn in a bowl, and set it aside.

2. Place the oil and butter in a small pot, add the minced onions and peppers, and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Or until they're soft.

3. Add the corn, and water. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Take the lid off, turn the heat to high, Add the Blacken and Steakhouse Blend, and let it boil until the water has evaporated.

4. When the water is gone, turn the heat off, add the butter, then taste for salt and pepper. Put the lid on and let it sit until you're ready to serve.

5. To Serve:

Re-Heat on high for 3 - 5 minutes, just before service.
