Eye Round Sandwiches
Part of cooking such a large roast on a Sunday is the glory of leftovers. I flat out refuse to spend the exorbitant prices for "Deli Meat", when I can make my own.
1. Prepare a roll, by drizzling a little A-1 on the bottom, and Worcestershire Sauce on the top half. Slice the meat real thin, or it'll be tough, and place it on the roll.
- Leftover, Rare, Eye Round of Beef, sliced real thin
- Worcestershire Sauce
- A-1® Steak Sauce
- Rolls, or Rye Bread
2. Eat and enjoy, it can't be any simpler than that, and you didn't pay $9.00, or more, per pound for lunch meat.
