1. Prepare the steaks by rubbing with the oil, then coating with the blacken, salt, and pepper.
2. Start your grill, and cook the steaks at a medium temperature until they reach an internal temperature of 145 - 150 degrees. About 7 - 10 minutes per side. Don't overcook them, or they'll end up dry.
3. Place the cooked steaks on a platter, cover loosely with aluminum foil. and let them rest at least 10 minutes.
4. I've served these with "Onion Soup Mashed Potatoes, and Blue Cheese.
