This is a real spicy vinaigrette. Use it sparingly, because it's quite hot. It would actually work just as well as a sauce for grilled beef or pork.
Honey / Mustard Vinaigrette
By it to equal portions of sour cream and mayonnaise, the smokey flavor of the blacken will really shine, and you'll lose the heat. And you will have made Smokey, Honey / Mustard, Salad Dressing.
1. Place all of the ingredients, but the oil in a bowl, and whisk until blended. Measuring the mustard first, gives a slippery surface for the honey to come out of the measuring spoon easily.
- 2 Tablespoons Koskiusko Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Butt Kickin' Blacken, Original Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2. Slowly drizzle the oil into the bowl while whisking vigorously.
