How many times have you had a big party at your house, and ended up totally frazzled in addition to not being able to enjoy your own party? Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone else do all of the cooking and cleanup? You can now make a choice, and be as involved in this aspect of your party as you would like.

If you don't know me, I'm a SERIOUS "foodie". I have a fixation for creating memorable menus, that will astound your guests. I'm a firm believer in not purchasing pre-made ANYTHING. All of the food that will be served at your party will meet my exacting standards.

Putting on a party for 50 or more guests can be a lot of work, let us help, so you can enjoy your guests at your party. You can spend your time decorating and getting ready while we do all or part of the food.

SO, if your thinking about having a party, in your home or at a function hall, or even on the beach. Give me a call. I've cooked buffet dinners for 400 people, and private dinners for 2. And I can handle your most demanding requests.

Here are some of the services that I can provide:

- Pre-Party consulting:

I'll come over to your house, to discuss what types of food you prefer, what type of party you want (Hors D'oeuvres or Sit Down, Heavy or Light, etc.), and how you'd like to serve the food.

- I can do all of the shopping.

- I'll come over to your house the day of the party and do all of the cooking.

- Or, I can come to your house the day prior to your party and get all of the food prepared, leaving you to cook or re-heat, and plate at your party.

- I can also furnish party platters, made in an outside facility, with instructions on how to re-heat and serve.

- Of course, I'll have your kitchen spotless when I leave.
