Let me provide the food for your next Dinner Party or Cocktail Party. I'll cook in your kitchen, serve, and do an immaculate cleanup afterwards. You'll love being able to enjoy your guests at your own party, and not have to spend the entire evening in the kitchen.
The cost of hiring a Personal Chef is really quite reasonable. All you're paying for in addition to the cost of food, is labor.

As a Personal Chef, I prefer to plan a party around your likes and dislikes. So, if you have a theme for your party, or would like a theme for the food, please let me know. If there are certain types of foods that you really like or dislike, let me know that too. Give me some time to think about it, then we'll get together to plan the best party ever.
For a "Patriotic Picnic" Kicked up Hamburger Sliders, with different unique toppings, like Hawaiian Burgers, or my Serrano Burgers. Pulled Pork and Root Beer, BBQ Chicken, plus a bunch of sides to go with it all. And maybe a Red, White, and Blueberry Dessert.
Of course any major, and sometimes minor holidays can be a great excuse to have a party. And any menu can easily converted to fit into that great day.
I quite often come up with a new ideas for a lot of the Cocktail Parties I cook for, and can turn almost any main course into an appetizer.
My current "Most Requested" Hors d'Oeuvres are:
Tuna on Watermelon
Lightly seared Ahi Tuna on Watermelon with a little "dot" of Wasabi.
Bacon Wrapped Waterchestnuts
The flavor of bacon around the crunch of the waterchestnut. Add a little blacken and sugar to the outside, and you've got it all.
Mahi, Lettuce and Tomato on small, soft dinner rolls. A little blacken and a homemade tarter sauce is the finishing touch.
Cajun Shrimp placed on a Mango / Rum Salsa, Roasted Corn Salsa, or Pineapple Salsa, served in Asian Soup Spoons.

Cold Hors d'Oeuvres
Smoked Salmon Crostini
Smoked Salmon on Boursin Cheese. Topped with Lox, and minced Sweet Onion With Lemon juice drizzled over all.
Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella
Fresh Tomato and a slice of Fresh Basil Topped with a piece of Buffalo Mozzarella
Roasted Red Pepper / Basil
Roasted Red Pepper with a slice of Fresh Basil on Top
Black Olive Tapenade / Boursin Cheese
Finely minced Olives with Herbs and a hint of Lemon. Spread over Boursin Cheese
Roasted Garlic Cheese Crostini
A Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese spread on Crostini Topped with Parmesan Cheese and Toasted Pine Nuts
Roasted Red Peppers on Toasted Pumpernickel Rounds. With Boursin Cheese and Slivered Almonds
Red Pepper Crostini
Crostini spread with Boursin Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper, And topped with a Basil Leaf
Dried Apricots with Cheese and Pistachio Nuts
Apricot marinated in Brandy, then topped with Boursin Cheese and. chopped Pistachios
Brie with Fruit Relish
Classic Brie topped with a red, sweet fruit relish
Crusty bread rounds with a beef tenderloin strip and a Horseradish / Cream Sauce.
Smoked Clams or Oysters

Cantaloupe or Honey Dew cut in bite sized pieces and wrapped with Proscuitto
