One group that I regularly cook for is C.O.R.A., Charlesotn Ocean Racing Association, I'm cooking here under the severe restraints of a limited budget, and have to be very careful with my menus. I firmly feel that inexpensive food doesn't have to be "bad tasting" food, and have been able to do some special things with basic meals for this group.

I've been cooking here for the past 2 years, and we've seen a marked increase in attendance during that time. The following suggestions are relatively inexpensive for feeding 80 people and over. Most of these menus can be served at a total cost of $14.00 - $20.00 per person.

Although most of the parties we do are either light or heavy Hors d'oeuvres, here are some ideas that we can make as main courses for your party. In addition to these "less expensive" meals, I also cook for parties of 2 to 12 for special occasions at your home. This is where I get an opportunity to cook the "fancy" foods that you like to get at some of the high end restaurants around town, yet not leave the comfort of your home. It can be very cost effective to have a Private Chef for your dinner party, as opposed to having that same function served at a restaurant. Besides, what better way to impress your guests than have a Personal Chef at your dinner party.
