Leftover,
Smokey Steak Salad

This is more about using up leftovers than just a recipe. When you're cooking a meal, cook for having leftovers, as if you're prepping for the next day.

I had 1/4 of a head of lettuce, 1/2 a cucumber, 1/4 cup Spicy Honey / Mustard Salad Dressing, and leftover Grilled London broil all in my refrigerator. I was planning on having the london broil as sandwiches, but really needed to use up some of the stuff in my refrigerator. I Hate throwing out food.

This was simple (took less than 10 minutes to put together), and super tasty. I even liked the salad dressing so much that I wrote it up as separate recipe.



1. Shred the lettuce, and slice the other vegetables you've got sitting in the refrigerator.



2. Thinly slice cold leftover roast beef or steak.



3. Make up the salad dressing, or use another, and your done.
