This seasoning blend is my HOT, Jamaican Jerk Blackening Spice. It's got the true Island flavors like my mild Jamaican Jerk, but Hotter.
Substitute this blend for any of my Blackening Spice Blends.

I developed this blend after having a lot of requests for a hotter version of my Jamaican Jerk. It should provide all the heat you want, but you could also try the Fiery version for more yet.

Use this blend on Chicken, Pork, or Seafood for unbeatable flavor along with a bunch of heat.

Use a dusting for that slight hint of flavor, or add more to get the heat.

Choose a Size
1 oz. Trial Size btl = .6 oz. nt. wt.
7 oz btl = 1.7 oz. nt. wt. 32 oz btl = 15.5 oz. nt. wt.
