Why, you may ask, with my penchant for spicy Blacken Seasonings, and cooking on a grill, would I put together an Italian Blend. All my blends have been made primarily for my own usage, and, as a way to grab one bottle of spice instead of 5 - 12 when I'm cooking.
I DO cook other things, and this is a blend of the normal spices that I use when cooking Italian. About the only thing that I add separately would be crushed red pepper.
This is a great Italian Seasoning Blend that you'll find yourself using over and over again.
1 oz. Trial Size btl = .6 oz. nt. wt.
7 oz btl = 1.0 oz. nt. wt.
32 oz btl = 6.0 oz. nt. wt.
Blacken Seasonings are all about flavor. You can use them for Cajun Cooking, Tex-Mex, on a Grill, or in a Fry Pan. They're great on Chicken, Fish, Pork, Steak, Well just about everything. I quite often use my Steakhouse Seasoning with vegetables or potatoes.
