This amazing Pasta Salad recipe uses my Cheddar / Jalapeno Wing Sauce as the base flavor. You cna easily add more heat by either adding more sauce, or using one of the hotter varieties of Wing Sauces like Habanero Cheddar, or Ghost Cheddar.

I'm almost ready to introduce my new Wing Sauce Mixes (just waiting on the pouches), and I thought I help illustrate some of the different uses. Although these sauces are primarily sold as a Wing Sauce, all of the varieties of my Cheddar Wing Sauces go well as an addition to more traditional foods. In this case, it was a Pasta Salad, but try as a glaze for meatloaf, or as a final basting sauce for chicken on the grill.

The heat level can easily be controlled through the addition of Mayonnaise, or just cooking it. Plus, if you really would like something hotter, try using my Habanero / Cheddar Wing Sauce, or even the Ghost Cheddar Wing Sauce. They're easy to mix up, and last a long time in the refrigerator.

1.    Mix the pasta with the onion, then add the Cheddar / Jalapeno Wing Sauce. Serve.

2.    The wing sauces are quite spicy when they're not served warm. So, if this is too spicy for you, just add 1/4 of mayo to the finished product.

3.    Depending upon the heat level you want in your Pasta Salad, use any one of the hotter varieties of Cap'n Ron's Wing Sauce Mixes.
