My favorite use for this is with Mexican, or South Western Food. But, once you've made it once, you'll find all kinds of other uses for it.
8 Ounces Sour Cream
1 Large Lime Zest
1/2 Large Lime Juice
2 Large Jalapeno Chile Peppers, minced
1 Teaspoon Honey, as needed
1. Mix together the sour cream, lime zest and juice, and the peppers. Taste, then add honey a little at a time, until it takes away the sour "bite". You don't want this to taste sweet, but limes are sometimes sweet, and sometimes sour. You got to adjust a little to take just a little of the sour out without making it taste "sweet".
