I got one little disclaimer for this one:
I use Kosciusko Mustard exclusively in my recipes, it's considered a spicy, brown mustard. I also only use Hellman's mayonaise. That doesn't mean that these are the best, but they're the best for me. If you use a different mustard or mayo. in my recipes, you'll obtain a different flavor.
