The label shown above is a sample of one of the labels that would be on the mix. Each Wing Sauce Mix is packaged to use the whole package to make a pre-set amount of finished sauce. And the instructions to mix, are printed on the label.
This Wing Sauce Mix has a bunch of heat going on, thanks to a TON of Ghost Pepper Powder. The first, or second wing won't hurt much, but it'll sneak up on you after the third.
However, these sauces are NOT marinades. Don't marinade the wings prior to cooking them, it does no good. Instead use this sauce either as a basting sauce for Chicken or Pork, or even use it inside and on top of a meat loaf for the richness.
After you've made this sauce, it'll taste a lot hotter than it will when you put it on wings. So, be sure to test it both ways.
