Cap'n Ron has cooked at my house on a number of occasions always outdoing the previous. All of the offerings continue to be referred to when planning a new party. He is now known as a 'celebrity chef' when invitations are accepted to the next event. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent!

Cap'n Ron's Butt Kickin' Blacken is a great addition to almost any dish. The flavors seem to enhance everything I put it on. I constantly have to replenish my jar of it because my guests all find a way to take it home with them.

We do a lot of fishing out of the same marina where Cap'n Ron lives. He always gets the first fish we clean to put on the grill. A bunch of blacken, and lemon or lime juice and we eat like kings while the rest of the fish is being cleaned. Butt Kickin' Blacken is the only seasoning any of our group will put on our fresh caught fish.
