Pineapple Mustard

Maple Brined, Chicken Fingers This Dipping Sauce goes great with Maple Brined, Chicken Fingers, or Beer Battered, Fried Bacon. It'll also go real good with almost any other fried "Bar Food" like Fried Pickles, or Beer Battered Onion Rings.

Sharp and Tangy, use this with any fried appetizers.

I got one little disclaimer for this one:

I use Kosciusko Mustard exclusively in my recipes, it's considered a spicy, brown mustard. If you turn it into a salad dressing, I only use Hellman's mayonaise. That doesn't mean that these are the best, but they're the best for me. If you use a different mustard or mayo. in my recipes, you'll obtain a different flavor.

After thinking about this some more, I've come to the conclusion that you could add a lot of different fruits to a good, apicy mustard. However, if you use something like Cranberries that aren't too sweet, you might have to adjust with a little bit of honey.

You could also add some sour cream and mayonaise to turn this into a salad dressing.

1.    Just put it all in a small bowl and whisk until blended and smooth.

2.    Taste, and adjust the amounts of each ingredient to your own liking.

3.    This will keep a long time in your refrigerator. As long as you would keep mustard. AND, you'll find a lot more uses for it.
